I'm getting a majority of my visits from this unknown service provider just labeled "IP." It links to phpmyvisites.us. Why is that? Is there something with the program that causes false visits or are these just unknown service providers that it's grouping this way.

Hi,
Joomla-Visites show 'IP' when it cannot detect the provider. It could have been 'Unknown Provider'.
phpMyVisites is the parent of Joomla-Visites.
