Uncompletely Installation by one of my hosters

Hi,
I have 2 hosters:
The Installation by the first hosters was normal.

Although I´ve got the message that everything was correct, the installation by the second hoster was not completely.

As I clicked in the admin-area to the component Joomla-Visites I got the error:
Failed opening required 'administrator/components/com_joomla-visites/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php'

As I looked per ftp I must see, that some pathes in the directory /administrator/components/com_joomla-visites/libs/ really were not installed.
Only the first path artichow was created!

What can this mean - thank you rockpianist

Sorry, it was my mistake. I had reached the maximal Upload-Volume!
