Unable to install the component

I am unable to install the component.

I have your latest component as of today and Joomla! 1.5.2.

Errors on install:
* Component Install: Custom install routine failure
* It was not possible to delete the selected file: 'mod_joomla-visites.xml'
* It was not possible to delete the selected file: 'mod_joomla-visites.php'
* It was not possible to delete the selected file: 'pack-install-joomla-visites.zip'
* Install Component Error

DB function failed with error number 1136
Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_modules` VALUES ('', 'Joomla-Visites Tag', '', 99, 'left', 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 1, 'mod_joomla-visites', 0, 0, 0, '', 0, 0)
Joomla-Visites is a web analytics tool for Joomla
Notes:
I was able to manually delete mod_joomla-visites.xml' and 'mod_joomla-visites.php'. However, 'pack-install-joomla-visites.zip' does not exist.
