Hi,
I didn't because my template doesn't have one. Only the right which i did. I even tried in the main body but that didn't work either.
If it was done correctly, as in installed properly, module published, that message(tip) shouldn't appear rite?

Actually, there is no joomla-visites tag in your site, so visitors cannot be detected.
So instead of the left location, publish it in the right one. Or paste the javascript tag in your template, before </body>

Oh..so sorry bout that. I removed it and tested another component to test n see if it was my server issue or my website as a whole. Hence y you couldn't see the code. But when I did publish it on the right, the coding was there but it still wasn't picking up in the back-end.
I was troubleshooting your component the past day or so with no luck and I then got this weird message that it was processing/archieving data which I know there is none with another message that it would take approx 70000+ secs to do so. That lead to my action uninstall and try others.
