Hi!
Excellent tool. My usera were absolutely thrilled when I showed them the stats. However, I do need some clarification --
I followed the installation and configuration procedures fairly closely. However, multithumb was flagging as error when it hit the img src tag in the Javascript. Instead of putting {nomultithumb} everywhere, I reviewed the code. I found two chunks of JS - (1) one is from the "general configuration" (cut-and-paste operation) and the other is from (2) publishing the mambot and placing it in a visible part of the page. (I did not do anything with the template)
Questions:
(1) Do I need to do both? I didn't think so. If I had both, are my counts doubled?
(2) Do I have to tweak the mambot code to show the document title. My pages seem to be showing the title but I cannot tell if it is from my original tweaking or from the mambot.
Here are the previous posts from other threads that helped and confused me!:

Don't care about the database setup. It's not necessary.
To get the module code, open the file "mod_joomla-visites.php", copy the content and paste it before "</body>" in your template

the javascript tag has to be placed between the <body> tag and not between the <head> . And for precise stats, it is better to put it at the end of the page.
You can use the Joomla-Visites module if you want the tag to be automaticaly inserted.

don't bother about général configuration of Joomla-Visites.
