Joomla-Visites cant install

When I try to install Joomla-Visites.
This is the error I get:


Upload component - Upload Failed
ERROR: Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
[ Continue ... ]

Upload component - Failed
Installation file not found:
/home/vhosts/romnova.122mb.com/public_html/Joomla/media/install_475ee3c3aab6d/
[ Continue ... ]


What now?

This is from the readme:

- Joomla-Visites appears in the administrator components menu


No, I just get this error.


- The Joomla-Visites module tag is published in a valid location


No, I dont see it anywhere


- Right click on your site in order to have a look to the source code. Try to find Joomla-Visites somewhere in the code

Again, cant find it.



- Joomla-Visites tables are installed. Use phpMyAdmin for exemple to find table begining with 'JV_'.

Dont know how to do this, but it seems unlikely that this step will be correct.

This is exactly what is happening to me. Install on Joomla 1.5 RC3 in Legacy mode and server running PHP 4.*

However,
- Joomla-Visites appears in the administrator components menu. While it does appear, clicking on it returns a 404 error.

Hi,

Joomla-Visites does not work with Joomla 1.5. Sorry.
