In this blog http://www.joomla-blog.net/joomla-sicherheit/sicherheitsluecke-in-joomla-visites-1.1-rc2.html it is announced that there will be a version 2 of joomla visites very soon.

I could not find any actual information on this here. Does anybody know where to find actual and accurate information about the new version and if there is already a date anounced when it will be published.
